My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. While the location is stunning and the service had its moments, the overall experience was marred by disappointing dining and some quirky issues. The rooms were an interesting blend of comfort and excessive style, but certain features like the hot tub and bathroom left much to be desired.

I had an amazing experience at Blue Tulum! The resort is elegant and feels very intimate. The staff took exceptional care of us, ensuring that our special occasion went seamlessly. The food was exquisite, and I was thoroughly impressed with our spacious rooms. However, the spa services could use some improvement in availability. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a wedding or a romantic getaway.

We had an amazing vacation at Blue Tulum, thanks to the beautiful accommodations and exceptional service. Our rooms were clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. However, I did have some safety concerns initially, which the management addressed diligently. Overall, we loved our time here and can't wait to return with our little one!
